Signing Day
Signing Day, also known as Legacy Day, is a yearly event at Ever After High, where second-years and some others are made to sign their contracts. From that point on, the contract magic can be in full effect, influencing all those who sign and to some extent their surroundings. It occurs in the second semester, usually in late April.
Procedure[edit]
Signing Day is a whole-day event, generally with two parts: the first for underage signees and second signings. This is generally the less scrutinized section, usually overlooked in favor of the main event. This is especially true since, while the event is hosted by EAH, none of the signees in this part attend the school.
The second part is more towards the middle of the day, where the bulk of the contracts are signed.
First, all the students who are ready to sign enter, with the others watching on already gathered. The royals enter last, in the most impressive part of the procession. After a speech by the headmaster, the signing goes in the same order as the entrance. The last contract is that of Snow White, and after that the signing is certified.
After this usually comes more speeches, usually by whatever prominent signees are still alive.
